A Season of Big Moves!
Dear Friends,
We are so thrilled to tell you about the real-life impact your support is having. Since March, we’ve assisted 34 people in successfully moving from being unhoused to housed! Our neighbors, many of whom have been on the streets for years, now have dignity, stability, and community.
2023 Give-A-Thon Recap!
What a week! At the beginning of the Give-A-Thon, we invited you all to surpass the amount of money raised last year, and we challenged our beautification team to break their record for the amount of garbage removed in a week.
The response was tremendous! The beautification team removed over 51,780 lbs of garbage during the week, and you smashed the goal of $15,000, generously raising $17,440!
We are so grateful to see this support and are eager to put this support to use empowering our unhoused neighbors. Thank you to all who spread the word, donated, and joined us for the Give-A-Thon Social - and to the Joint Office of Homeless Services for their consistent support of the Community Beautification team.
Our New Workforce Hub!
We’ve moved to our new Workforce Hub! We are grateful for the opportunity to expand and continue supporting our unhoused neighbors in East Multnomah County. Our new address is 14625 SE Stark Portland, OR 97233. Thank you to Rep. Zach Hudson, the Oregon Legislature, and our community of supporters for making this possible.
